Linus Kirimi is the National Director of Hamoreh Ministries in Kenya. He is also the lead pastor of the Living Proof Baptist Church in Limuru, Kenya, and a church planter for the unreached people groups of Northern Kenya. He holds a Master of Theological Studies degree from the Mid-Western Baptist Theological Seminary, Missouri, USA and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Teaching from the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton, Kenya. He is currently doing his Doctor of Philosophy in Theology (specializing in Missiology) at St. Pauls’ University, Limuru, Kenya. He is married to Elizabeth Kirimi and they are blessed with Felix, Purity and Joshua. Linus worked at the Baptist Seminary in Kenya as the National Director of Extension Studies, Academic Dean and the Acting Principal. He also worked as an officer for the national convention of churches from 2003 to 2012. He is at present serving the Education and Training Committee of the Baptist National Convention of Kenya. His assignment as the National Director of the Hamoreh Ministries includes:
- Denominational leadership
- Potential site leaders
- Liaising with Governmental entities in Kenya
- Prospective and approved teachers
- Working with site managers to host classes
- Regularly evaluating each site to insure faithfulness to the covenant
- Providing guidance to make sites better
- Managing logistics for teams coming from the USA
- Developing and implementing strategy for funding of sites together with the president
- Developing and implementing curriculum to fit the needs of rural East Africans
- Equipping the approved teachers
